About The Arc
The Swordsmith Village Arc is the ninth story arc of the manga and the third season of the anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. It follows Tanjiro Kamado as he travels to a secret village to get a new sword, where he fights two Upper Rank demons alongside Nezuko, Genya, and two Hashira.
The Hidden Village
Tanjiro goes to the secret Swordsmith Village to get his damaged blade repaired by Hotaru Haganezuka.
Hashira's Apperence
He meets the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, and the Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji, as well as fellow slayer Genya Shinazugawa.
The Attack
Upper Rank Four (Hantengu) and Upper Rank Five (Gyokko) find the hidden village and launch a surprise attack
Muichiro vs. Gyokko
Muichiro unlocks his Demon Slayer Mark and defeats the upper-rank demon after remembering his past.
Tanjiro vs. Hantengu Emotions
Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya struggle against Hantengu's split emotional clones.
Mitsuri vs. Hantengu
Demon Slayer, Mitsuri Kanroji arrived to stall Zohakuten (the powerful combined clone of Upper Rank Four, Hantengu), buying time for Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya to hunt down Hantengu's real, hidden main body.
Nezuko's Milestone
